Move Agency was founded in 2006 as a mobile-first pioneer led by CEO Robert Kosse, CTO Jan Gerard Gerrits, and CSO Michiel Baneke, establishing itself as the Netherlands' leading mobile-first agency with 150 employees across Amsterdam, Zwolle, and Portugal. In August 2024, Move merged with Swedish Bontouch and Danish Shape to form Framna, creating a 550+ employee international digital product agency backed by Waterland Private Equity, with Joacim Jeppesen (former Valtech executive) as Group CEO. The merger reflects Move's 18+ year evolution from Dutch mobile specialist to global digital product leader, maintaining their core expertise in high-security mobile solutions for financial services, insurance, and aviation while expanding capabilities through Framna's Nordic design excellence and international scale. Despite the transformation, Move retains its mobile-first DNA and Amsterdam/Zwolle operations, now contributing to Framna's mission to become "the world's leading digital product agency" serving the most ambitious brands globally.
